Want to get fit but don't want to do boring gym work? At C S Fighting Fit, we use boxing, kickboxing and Krav Maga to get you moving and get you fit, Fighting Fit that is!!
C S Fighting Fit is all about fitness and exercising around punching, kicking, knees, elbows etc. Basically, if it's on your body and it moves, we'll use it!! If you are looking for a Fitness or exercise class in Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead, Buckingham or surrounding areas, look no further!
If you are looking for a fitness and martial arts class but for fitness, then this class is for you!
Our instructors are Krav Maga Instructors, so you will be learning how to punch and kick properly to reduce the risk of injuries and for you to get the most out of your workout. We want you to be taught the correct way to do things because this is the best way to get the most out of your workouts. Poor technique leads to injuries, so we don't do it the way others might, we do it the right way! This is what makes us different. As our sister club is a Krav Maga (self-defence) club, there is the chance to also learn the most effective self-defence there is - Krav Maga. Our instructors are Krav Maga Instructors, but also we have qualifications in Boxercise, Kickboxercise, Hatton Boxing for Fitness, as well as many years of martial arts experience.
Our workouts are designed to get you moving, punching and kicking in a contact free environment, this is about fitness, for more contact, you can come to our Krav Maga classes!
You will marvel at the results as you punch, kick, knee and elbow your way to a better you!
Our classes are online at the moment, but will be going in person once we are allowed to do that!!

If you are after the exercise and fitness benefits of martial arts, want to get fit and be in top shape but not looking to be punched in the face, then these are the classes for you. We focus on the fitness and exercise part of martial arts to give you the workout and conditioning of martial arts without full contact. So, if you are looking for fitness, kickboxing, boxing, martial arts just something fun to do, then come to C S Fighting Fit!!
