Pete gave an introduction to Krav Maga to an audience of RAF Personnel on Mon 07 Sep 2015. He delivered an interesting and physically relevant session adapting his coaching style to the abilities and strengths of the participants. His natural flair as an instructor allowed the session to be demanding and fun giving those involved an opportunity for some one on one coaching as well as group participation keeping the session varied and applicable. I would recommend his classes in Aylesbury to anyone wishing to develop an understanding of the principles and skills related to Krav Maga. Thank you Pete for your hard work and reminding us that if someone isn’t getting kicked in the A frame – it isn’t Krav Maga!

The sessions at C S Krav Maga push you physically and mentally, but in a safe, friendly and supportive environment. Although the classes are mixed ability, all the members are there to learn, and help each other either with technique tips, or by being a good 'attacker'! No big egos here! I always leave feeling I have learned something new, stretched a few muscles, achieved things I didn't think I could, and had a great time doing it. I feel much more confident and aware in general, and look forward to my weekly sessions in the Hemel Hempstead location. Wouldn't be without it!
I have loved the transition from turning moves and mental approaches that were totally OUT of my comfort zone in to a state of mind and physical response that is now IN my comfort zone! It's been an amazing and life enhancing experience so far and I don't see myself stopping anytime soon. I am really happy I bit the bullet and gave it a go.

Great team environment considering its an individual martial art. Very welcoming and supportive bunch with some great instruction
I have been training in Krav Maga for a few years now and I must say that I can understand why this self-defence system becomes such a passion and life changing experience for so many people. Over the years I have tried many different martial arts and although I found them enjoyable, in my opinion none of them would be as effective as Krav Maga should you ever need to use it. Unfortunately we do not live in peaceful world and there are no rules in the street, therefore we must be as prepared as we can be and the way I can see to do this is to develop our overall situational awareness and defensive fighting skills.
To learn Krav Maga is not something to be scared of, nobody is going to make you put on some gloves and spar on day one (unless you want to of course), it's about teaching the basics thoroughly through repetition and slowly building on it, as that is what your brain will revert to under stress.
C S Krav Maga is a fantastic club to join! I have personally known the Instructor for quite a few years and have watched his skills and instruction methods develop due to his dedication in training.
If you'd like to join a legitimate club, that teaches proven self-defence methods and already has a really great group of students then look no further, see you at training!

Real world self-defence in a fun, safe & friendly atmosphere. Krav Maga is a practical solution to modern day situational aggression
Peter came to do several sessions with our year 11 girls. He was very accommodating and fitted us in a very short notice. He did a total of five 45minute sessions across the day. The girls gained a great insight into Krav Maga and really enjoyed the sessions. Peter was very professional and adaptable.
